Ripoff for $311.00. Took my money, nothing sent. (deducted from my bank account.) Don't know how they got my #

I received an e-mail from this so-called company saying that my order was on the way in the amount of $311.00. I wrote to them saying I did not order anything. (I didn't.) However, on my next bank statement there was a deduction for amount. I am wondering how they got my account#. Very scary a I have been the victim of identity fraud in the past, and had to change everything concerning my bank account. New numbers, new account, etc.
I have written them numerous e-mails, but of course have had no response. I called the number on the e-mail and got a female voice recording to leave my name and order#. I hope you somehow catch them so money will be returned, but I don't hold much hope. Thank you.
