Unautorized billing Ripoff

I signed up for a free sample and agreed to pay $4.95 shipping and handling fee. Then my account is charged $44.90.

I contacted the company by phone and a spoke a lady that said my money was not refundable. I then told her that i was not aware of this. She said they had already sent off the product

I then told her i didn't want the product she said well give it to someone else.

I have already contacted my bank and explained what happened and waiting to see what they can do
