Ripoff Very deceptive "free trial" actually cost $69.95! Suisan City

I noted a product TRICLEAR advertised on the internet for acne. It was advertised as "free" only to pay $5.95 for shipping and handling. I then was charged $69.95 plus shipping and handling on my credit card 3 weeks later. I contacted the company and was told that I had agreed to the $69.95 charge! Wrong! The customer service dept. Told me that I needed to read the "fine print", in that if I did not contact them or return the product within 2 weeks, then I would be charged $69.95 for my "FREE" product! When I went back to the website, terms and conditions do NOT appear up front in a statement such as "Do you understand that you have agreed to pay $69.95 plus shipping and handling if you do not return the product or contact us within 2 weeks?" I contacted the customer service dept. Again and was told that I could only get back $40.00 of the $75.00 they had charged on my card. This is an outrageous rip off and very deceptive and deceiving company. These products are not free! Since the terms and conditions are on a separate link. They can get away with this!
