Ripoff with the fine PRINT

I signed up for ONLY the free trial offer not knowing that I would be charged the 89.97 charge. I didn't even recieve my product for a week after signing up. Then the company charged my account 15 days after i initially signed up and not after I recieved the product. I've been doing some reserch and have now found out the name of the parent company "Restoration Media" at the number 714-426-4500 and 949-260-9616. I will also begin trying to contact that company. I have tried many many times via e-mail and phone to contact Appera and have not every received a call back. I have even sent the product back to them. So now THEY have my 89.97 and the PRODUCT! What a rip-off.
