C p direct ripped me off!

I ordered a product from cp direct with the promise that i could cancel shipments at any time. However it is impossible to do so because there is no way to contact them. You cannot reach customer service by phone, mail or e-mail. I have tried for 5 months now without success. The product they send me is worthless and i am being forced to pay for it anyway. Do not order anything from this company!
