Ooh La Spa
Ripoff - refuse to send refund

I purchased a refund from Ooh La Spa in September. About two weeks later they closed their doors in Ames, Iowa, but still maintain a website where they sell products.

I have yet to receive a response to my multiple emails and phone messages. I followed their instructions and sent the proper documents certified return receipt via USPS.

I have reported Ooh La Spa to the Better Business Bureau whom they also ignored. The BBB made multiple attempts to Ooh La Spa but the spa ignored each request.

This is a horrible company - do not purchase products from their website. I have seen other complaints against them, only too late for me.
