Ripoff Salon Steals a Teen's Long Hair for Profit

The hairdresser there cut off 5 inches of my 13 year old daughter's straight gorgeous, never dyed hair and kept it and then gave her the most horrendous up-do ever seen.

The hairdresser took advantage of a young girl in search of a slight ends trim and an updo, and ended up with a hysterically crying teen who's updo was ugly with bobby pins and bumps all over the hairdo.

The insult to injury was when she rubberbanded the kid's hair and tossed it behind a counter. That hair was stolen then sold for a nice amount of money I am sure. It was all one length and worth hundreds.

Trying to resolve the issue with the salon owner, as I was explaining the situation, she hung up on me. I complained to the NYS bureau who licenses these salons.
