Ripoff! Sold me a lemon, didn't honor return/refund policy, sent me to collections

This company is peddling a bogus product for which they bill you a series of payments over several months. After a few weeks of using their system when you find you've been had, you can try to get a refund per their money back guarantee but their customer disservice rep. Will argue with you by phone until you are horse.

Then they will offer you a discount, supposedly waiving the remaining payments (which you'll settle for because you don't have the rest of your life free to continue arguing with them). By the time you see the last payments on your credit card bill which were supposed to be waived, it's well outside of their money back guarantee window at which time they'll begin to ignore your calls. When confronted, they will lie about what was said/promised on the phone.

I had to use the local BBB to get them to back off with their collection agency (I used my credit card company to block the 4th payment & they didn't like it).

Do not do business with them!
Do not buy the junk they are peddling!
You will throw away hundreds of dollars!!!

I can't recall who did an expose on the evening news about this scam, but someone like Dan Rather or an equivalent ran a special about this company & product. Look for it!!!
