Ripoff, fradulent advertising, terrible customer service

Beware of this company that advertises mainly on radio stations. First they will tell you that you can get an informational video but they actually send their product to you instead.

They advertise a free 30 day return policy but when I called to get a return authorization number they claimed that I had passed the 30 day period. I explained that I had not passed it and asked to talk with a supervisor. I contacted the customer service manager and he told me that it was my problem to prove to them that I was within the 30 day period and if I couldn't, I had to pay for the product anyway.

I returned the unused product, without a return authorization number and it was accepted but the letters demanding payment still came. When I refused to pay my account was turned over to a collections agency who filed a bad report with the credit reporting bureaus.

Watch out for this company and their deceptive practices.
