Charged 2495 After Repeated Requests to Cancel Account

During the trial period I called the company and spoke to several different sales reps, telling them to cancel my account because the original salesperson lied to me about what medications the doctors were able to prescribe. However, the company continued to charge my account 2495 until I had to close my account. That was the only way I could get them to stop billing me. Such a scam.
I called again several times to complain and to tell them to take it off my account. They had me on hold for 15 to 20 minutes. They said they would listen to the recorded messages or conversations I had left in the past, and then she put me on hold for 20 minutes and supposedly listened to the phone conversations. She then came back to me and said, "Oh, you never said that." They are so dishonest. Do not fall for this scam.
