Ripoff

Heavy accented sales person said I would be billed $99.95 after my 30 day trial period which would start the day I received my review materials in the mail. The original sales call was received on May 23, the materials were received by me 2 weeks later, and the $99.95 was removed from my checking account on June 6th. When I called to complain about the money being taken from my account before the 30 day trial period was over, the sales person said my 30 day trial period started on the day of my first sales call. I dont know about you but would't 30 days from the sales call have been on June 23. When I threw a fit on the phone and requested to talk to a supervisor, they said there wasn't one. I finally got the companys phone number through other means and got an answering service that forwarded me to a voice mail, I then went to my Bank and filed a fraud report, only then did they send me paperwork to get my money back with the stipulation I take no further action against them. What a rippoff beware
