HR National
Scam, Invalid phone numbers, hidden charges, no customer service

Shops, Products, Services

Company uses Craigslist to lure in it's victims. I was looking for a home to rent. I used Craigslist to find a home in my area. When I found one of interest I clicked on it to find out more information and found it was a foreclosed home. When calling the number I was told I could get a listing of foreclosed homes in my area for $1.95. Once they get your credit card number they charge you the $1.95 but also begin charging a $49.95 "Monthly" charge you are not informed of.

When I called to get this charge removed, I was unable to get an answer at customer service. The call left me on hold for several minutes, several times. No one ever answered. I then called the "sales" department and they answered right away. They transferred me to the number that left me on hold again for several minutes until I hung up. I called them back and they gave me a different customer service number to call. It was disconnected. I called the sales department for several days. They informed me they would email me a link to contact customer service once again.

When contacting this link, it sends an automated reply and no one ever responds to your email. I called the sales department again and requested a supervisor. The supervisor took my information, informed me that you only have a 7 day period in which to cancel their "Monthly" service. She gave me a "confirmation" number of my cancellation, and told me my $49.95 would be refunded to my account. It was never returned. I cancelled my account to stop any further attempts at them charging another $49.95 for the next month.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. If you google this company you will find that they have been doing this for quite some time. They simply changed the name of their company.
