Lago / Sir Johns - Not Good

Awfull service - waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. My waiter thought we ate..
Ordered scallops - 4 scallops per portion..
Waiter apologized for the wait and said he would send over the owner/manager (Never came over).
On the way out they asked for my e-mail and phone number and said they would take care of us. (Never got in contact)...
