We had similar experience at Marcaroni Grill, bad service, food not worth prices. Waiter took long time to take our order. After it was placed, we were brought salad quickly but then proceeded to wait 45 min for main meal. After about 30 min we asked what the delay was and the waiter gave us a very rude response, saying "have you been waiting long"? A few minutes later the waiter came back and said the cook was behind... We think he did not hand in our order at all.
