Extremely long waits, incompetent billing

Every time my mother has dragged me to American Family Care, we have waited an average of four and a half hours in the waiting room. Beyond that, it takes another hour for the doctors to figure out what is wrong with you even though it is as common as strep, psoriasis, or even an ear infection. The previous time, they turned me over to a collection agency a month after I mailed the check. Basically, I would rather just risk death than go back there.
