Charged my account 169. Dollars by making it impossible to reach them to cancel.internet

My diet patches offered a 7 day free trial which I ordered, paying only postage. When I received the patches, they said they would send a 90 supply and charge my account if I did not respond. I tried several ways to respond and they were all blocked. Then I got an e-mail saying they were charging me 169. Dollars.

I am a diabetic and cannot use the patches, information which they failed to disclose on the free trial offer.

I feel this whole situation was fraudulent and when I finally got through to them after 3 weeks of trying, the representation was quite rude.
