This company is a joke

I have had nothing but problems with this company. From them not getting an EScript that was sent, to them blaming the doctors office, to them admitting that a faxed authorization takes 5 days to process, to them taking over 2 weeks to deliver medications. CSR people that dont know what they are doing. 2nd level people over the CSR people that dont know what they are doing and cannot offer any solutions to the problem. Now I am filing with the FDA and state pharmacy boards. This company needs to be fined or put out of business. The head office is in Rhode Island.
