Past practice

I have been life long customer since store opened. I have 3 grand children with ADHD that take medication. I have taken their prescriptions in and dropped them off and they will call and let me now when they are ready. That is if it is 2 days early or 5 days early so they will have it when they need it. On Aug. 7 I went in to drop off prescriptions and the counter person said it is to early and they couldn't take them. I said I now they are early, just call and I will pick up. She said no... I took prescriptions back and returned on Friday the day I could get them refilled. The same counter person took the prescriptions and said that it would be over 30 minutes and I would have to return to pick up. I said I could wait until they got them ready. The next the next person was manager. He said I would have to move my car. I explained that there was nobody behind me I could wait. So I waited about 5 minutes and a care come up behind me. He comes back and said I would have to move. I said I would wait. Then after all this time the Pharmacist came and said if I didn't move she was not filling my prescriptions. This a drive through if I wanted to come inside I would have. So she is standing there not doing anything but wasting time. The manager said I would have to move or go some where else. So I said I would go somewhere else. My point is why do they have a drive through and why do they change past practice with their life long customers they want to. I am normally easy to get along with.
I like to drop early to make sure they have them in stock and have time to order and still be able to pick up on time beings they are a controlled drug. I have left and come back in 30 minutes tell me they are out off stock so their is another trip back up their. So I have had to make 4 or 5 trips to that store. Final straw. Will take business elsewhere and every one I now.
