A total nightmare

I have taken care of my mother-in-law for 20 years. She is on Risperdal Consta Injection. I have never had a problem getting this medication until she was switched by Medicare to CVS. This injection has to be given every 14 days and it is a fight with CVS customer service every month to get it on time. I have been lied to, charged for shipping, which is included with this RX. It has to be sent overnight because it is refrigerated. Getting a human on the phone is the first problem, then you are put on hold numerous times. I call about 3 times a week just to make sure that the RX will be here on time. I have already filed a complaint with Windsor RX about my 'journey' with this company. I have their script down. "Does your mother-in-law know that your are calling? What is her birthday, address, phone, etc.?" This is asked by each rep, over and over. Last month, the medication was 3 days late and I was on the phone (I timed it) for 5 hours in one day. My mother-in-law is schizophrenic and taking this shot on time is vital for her health/mental well-being. CVS does not seem to care about this at all.
