CVS, Treated badly & rudely, refused service - prescription medication

I have been a pharmacy customer at CVS about 7 plus years and until today loved it, when Emilie & Diane worked there at store #2236 the customer relations was great, they greeted me by Mr. Bryant, Smiled & made me feel great. Jessica still gives top service but today my experience with pharmacist Tiffany was unacceptable and heartbreaking. I've NEVER had a problem filling my Rx's before, I've had 3 back surgeries & became disabled & have had 3 different pain management doctors for various reasons during the 7 yrs. Relating with CVS & because they know me as a honest regular customer I've ALWAYS been able to fill them until today. About a yr. And a half ago I seeing a dr.in Lawrenceville, Ga. About 50 miles away & the pharmacist said she was too far but because of me they would fill them, just recently I changed to a Dr. Only 4 miles from my home to save gas & pain, just 4 nights ago Dr. Patel asked if I was still on a med so he could order it for me to be in by today but when I went in today they took my scripts to fill then called me 15 mins later and threw the scripts at me and said they don't have an relationship with that Dr. & will not fill them, they went on to say it's also because he's not in the area, I asked to speak with Tiffany to ask why would she fill meds for a dr. Over 50 miles away & not one 3 miles away Tiffanies response was rude when she said I'M NOT GONNA ARGUE and TALK ABOUT IT ANYMORE, I reminded her they only had a relationship with my Lawrenceville Dr. Because of me and was there anything wrong with my new Dr. She got even ruder looked at me with disgust and spoke loud where all could here. I have already spent over $5000 with CVS on medicine and it's only March and wonder since my Dr. Is licensed, registered, and ok with the DEA & they know me why can't I fill my Rx's. Dr. Patel & Jessica still go out of their way to treat me with the utmost respect & kindness but this new pharmacist Tiffany hurt me and embarrassed me almost to tears, I've never been treated that way there before, my 7 yrs. Till today has been awesome that's why I still had shopped there even though I've moved to Marietta 12 miles away. Please help me I need my medicine regularly and have built such a great relationship there I thought and I did not deserve to be treated that way.tiffany is suppose to be a professional & customers friend while there especially one who with insurance spends over $10k per year on meds alone. I would love to remain your customer but now are considering transferring all my scripts to another Pharmacy.tiffany should not be relating with us if she's going to treat us the way she treated me.
