Ripoff unauthorized charges on my bank card, refused to refund or speak to me

I sent for this 'free sample' in response to the ad I received, and entered my bank card number to pay for $4.95 s/h charge. I was charged the $4.95 but then noticed a $169.95 charge from the same BT-limited address. I called the number listed and was told that it was billing service and to call mydietpatches.com's 800 #, which they provided.

I tried, many times, but was never able to get in touch with any real person. I, then disputed the charge at my bank, and the next day I received a months supply of the patches, which I never even opened, only brought down to the p.O. And sent it back certified. With that receipt I was able to show my bank the proof they asked for, to get the credit for this charge.

The company then gave me credit back to my account (after 4-5 months!) of $159.95 after the investigation was completed.

They shorted me $10.00 after all this happened, not to mention the $ that it had cost me to return that supply that I never ordered! As far as my questioning the bank on this, their reply was...'be glad I got something back!

Anything further would have to be taken up directly with the company'. I have tried e mailing, as well as calling them, without any replies or return calls. They will not respond in any manner whatsoever. This is a real RIP-OFF Co. And just a big SCAM, making money by ripping off people and taking unauthorized money from credit/bank cards, fradulently, and really should be stopped and be required to pay back all the money they have ripped off! WITH INTEREST!
