Michael Herringshaw, DDS ripped me off on a product sold to me. Ripoff

On Wednesday Nov. 10, I was seen by Dr. Herringshaw and his working staff. I received services and purchased Night White refills priced at $50.00 for two syringes.

Once I got home I noticed the package looked tampered with and one syringe was missing.

I immediately called the office but it was closed. I left a voice message stating my case.

On Monday Nov. 17th when the office was open for business I called back, since no one bothered to return my call.

I explained to the receptionist that the box was missing a syringe. The receptionist told me nothing was missing, the container was made for three but only two syringes go in container.

The receptionist also stated that the refills run at $65.00 each and by me being a new patient, I was given a discount.

I Told her that I called other Dentist Offices and The Night White is priced at $45.00 for three syringes.

The receptionist told me that the other products was not the real Whitining, and the product she sold me was the best. Try it and let her know what I thought.

Once I got off the phone with the receptionst I knew she was lying and I wanted a refund. I went to another dentist office and the package was sealed and boxed with three syringes priced at $45.00.

I was very upset and on my next appointment Nov. 17th I asked for my money back. I had a receipt and the product was not used or tampered with.

The same receptionist lied and stated that I could not get my money back for various false reasons.

One reason that stuck out most was the night white must be kept refrigerated and I kept it out too long. I wasn't buying any excuses so the doctor came out to talk to me.

Michael Herringsaw also lied; he knew I got a better deal and he was overcharging for his products. I did not get a refund and I thought that Customers were always right.

Once I got home I looked on the box of the night White Refills that I purchased at another location and it stated "Do not refrigerate or freeze."

I was very upset and disappointed at the dentist and the receptionist. I felt discriminated against and mistreated. They both lied to keep from giving me back my money. I would like my money back and the Dentist to be handlled for Bad Business.
