Vivid White Smiles sent me a teeth-whitening product. It contained 4 syringes, a tooth-gel tray and directions for use.
What I ACTUALLY got were 3 syringes of whitening gel and ONE syringe that contained BLOOD! There is also blood on the inside of the box and on the sheet of directions!
I believe I received this product from Publishers' Clearing House, but I'm not sure of the date or the amount I was charged, because my bank account had to be changed due to a hacker-attack but I will research it with the bank. I will also contact PCH for their records.
