Rip Off - Product doesn't work and company doesn't stand behind it

This company is a huge rip off! This product DOES NOT work at all. This is nothing but Ponds face cream put in a bottle and labeled Giavonie. They advertise it as though it's some sort of miracle cream but it does not work. Don't waste your money. Customer Service is also rude to deal with and doesn't want to stand behind their product when there is a complaint. I was given the "I don't know what to tell you" and "you can contact who you want" when I complained to them about it and asked for a refund. I will be disputing this on my credit card as I don't appreciate a company that doesn't stand behind it's products.
