RTL Anti=Aging Cream Complaint

I ordered a free sample of the tvtl cream and the RTL Anti Aging Cream and paid for the shipping. But didn't request any more of the cream. It made my face SO RED AND SO PAINFUL so I decided not to continue to use it. A charge of $192 was charged to my card in two payments one of $99.00 and $93.00 total of $192. I called customer service when it hurt my face and they told me to use it every other day and give it one more chance. I said ok and then two day s later the charges occured. When I called they were rude I could not understand their strong accentbut when I asked fr a supervisor I was told none was available. I told them I was going to file a dispute and got very angry he told me file a dispute go ahead. NO NO Service and at all. What kind of company knows this product is hurting someones face and then takes mney from them. Not cool. If the product worked I would not of had any problems continuing with my future order but I can not use this based on my face was BURNING
