Not been able to download the product

I bought Workplace for Mac house and pupils 2011 but still have noe had the opportunity to obtain it. There's NO assistance or tecnical assistance. No body replies any mail or reacts any request. They currently charged my charge card and there's no method to obtain a return. So what can I actually do?
