This camera won't format the additional storage sd-card. Recurring calls to Norcent and Style Emails requesting assistance have now been overlooked for over per month. Can not say I did not try, and try, and try. Their site assistance site is 'Under-Construction' and you will find no improvements published for this camera to repair the insect.
