Been having trouble with my game louge game mahjang since october. Have called numerous times. Can not get problem resolved. Very dissatisfied with service. Will be canceling if not resolved. Recent incident was 12/28 game freezes and reboots my entire system. It will not let me pass level 16. If you look at my account you can see the numerous times i have called. Service ends Jan 12th.
