Extremly slow and no help from customer service

We signed up for gamefly 2 weeks ago. It took 7 days before we even recieved a game. Called customer service and they stated that this is how long it sometimes take but to wait another 7 and if it had still not arived they would consider it lost. Really? You sign up for a pay by month service and 1/2 of it could be spent waiting for a game? We sent the game back to them on the 9th and recieved an email today, the 12th, that they had recieved it. Looks like it will take at least another 7 days before we recieve another game. This service is extremly slow. I will be canceling after our 3 month contract is up. Redbox is the way to go!!
