Gamefly is the worst experience i ever had - Game FLY

I cancelled my account with them. I was still charged I contacted customer service to no avail. I finally got a call back and the issue resolved. Now they charged my account again 3 weeks after the first charge was resolved for a game they are saying I never returned that I got prove I returned 3 weeks ago. I'm not waiting on a customer service rep to contact me regarding this charge. I'm def going to my bank for this.
