Damaged Goods Sold as New

I bought three handheld remote control tanks which were marketed in a unique "purchase three" offer from Hobbytron. The tanks were offered as new, RTR (prepared to work). During examination I came across that crucial bits of the tanks were lacking ($30 primary battery for 2 tanks!), wall rechargers, antennae for handheld remote control, etc. Just one of the three works, and also the treads about the right do not perform. I've waited on-hold for Hobbytron support, positioned two callbacks with no pleasure. Our activities parallel those of others - misunderstanding with no support.
