I ordered two airsoft tanks for my son for Christmas, I ordered them on Decemebr 2nd, I got an email yesterday stating the tanks were on backorder. When I finally got through to a "customer service" agent, she told me the order should be mailed on December 20th and it may be here by Christmas.
Hobbytron willfully held my order and my money knowing I cannot order these tanks anywhere else and get them here by Christmas. I asked the "customer service" agent is this how you treat members of the military and its retirees, she stated the military is not an important part of their ordering base. Their website states otherwise, if you are a member of ANY military branch, DO NOT order from these frauds.
