I requested the SpeedyPC application nevertheless when the bill arrived (via internet) it involved a fee for Solitude Handles. I named the service quantity, informed the woman used to do not purchase the Solitude Handles application, but she didn't provide for connecting me to anybody who might take away the cost. Then she attempted to market me a $300 technological assistance support so when I informed her I didnot require it she extended to inform me that I did. I subsequently informed her I needed to stop the entire purchase but she'd not link me to anybody who'd take away the purchase from my charge card. The program is ineffective, it is no much better than other things available on the market plus some which is free. I also delivered them a contact eliminating the purchase and requesting elimination from my charge card but I've not had an answer.
