Charged cancellation fee after over 2 months and product not shipped

Prevent the corporation such as the trouble!

I requested a drain and was informed it'd deliver in 14 days. Our charge card was billed soon after the purchase.

After 14 days I had been informed it'd deliver in another fortnight.

Finally, after obtaining the runaround for all more months I attempted to stop the purchase. The boss, John Okin, named myself and explained them would be delivered from their provider the next Monday. You know what, it never was delivered and would not deliver for another 3 months. I ended my purchase. Our charge card was acknowledged the entire amount minus 4%. I requested the remainder of my cash but was informed by John that's was a "termination charge". Prevent the corporation whatsoever price.
