Real Networks / RealPlayer Plus
Download and Install does not work

I previously had RealPlayer SP on my program, but chose to buy RealPlayer Plus for $39.99. This program saved but didn't deploy properly over my current RealPlayer SP application. Approached True Systems tech-support, lastly 2 hours later-after uninstall, power-down, re install and unique login to Actual Systems to obtain the extra RealPlayer Plus functions, today it works. But I can't notice any distinction in functions for RealPlayer Plus, therefore it was a waste of cash and period.
