Can't cancel orders

Two of the 3 items I ordered were taking too long so i did a live chat and canceled the order. I then followed up with a ticket on their system. They indicated they cannot guarantee cancellation - FTLOG how long does it take to cancel and order - 6 days later I come to find out that they have shipped the damn thing! They will not pay for me to return it and cannot guarantee the other item won't ship either. The online chat system is a TOTAL WASTE of time, it takes 5 minutes just to pull up your account. Do not buy from here they may have good prices but make returns and cancellation almost impossible
