EGlobal Electronics Made it impossible to cancel an order until it ships and then charges 25% restock and 25% cancel fees

I placed an order late evening 11/29. The next day I tried to cancel it by phone numerous times but could not get through to a live person. I sent two emails but received no response. Today, 12/1, I finally got through to a live person on their sales line. The rep told me that though she could pull up my account and see that my order had not shipped, she was unable to cancel it for me. The only way to cancel an order was to go to their website and download a return authorization, fill it out, and fax it in. What she didn't tell me was that in order to access an "RMA" on their site, they have to first process and ship your order. You can't even find a fax number to fax a cancellation request. Then I searched online for feedback on their company and found numerous complaints. Apparently, they are notorious for making it impossible to cancel your order before it ships. Then they hit you with a 25% cancellation fee and a 25% restocking fee. Sounds like they're out to make money one way or another!
