Paypal's service is great but some of their live support people are quite terrible

Paypal is support is very good however many of the live assistance individuals are very horrible. Their insufficient English abilities is extremely obvious and truly frustrating to cope with. I'm very individual naturally but between them-and Earthlink, I've today determined that choosing businesses with great customer support and exemplary communication abilities is undoubtedly the most crucial component in my own choice.
