$5.99 Pogo Charge Still Billed Since February, Wants Class Action

I've been looking to get this off my charge card since February and they'll not take it off is just for $5.99 but when they are doing this to everybody it's bad for pog this have to be examined into... It's today July and that I am still being billed... Want to get class-action began...
