Unauthorized credit card fee

Webroot has billed my charge card without my agreement due to their silly application, after I delivered them several email informing them not to do this. Nothing plus they achieved it anyway. While you attempt to contact them, they do not keep in touch with you, simply send you to a different website to prevent coping with the general public. I will never utilize them again.
