I paid $26.88 for application to report cds in mp3 format. Software didnt work. Tryed to stop but nothing on the site confirmed that choice despite the fact that I had been provided 10-day fulfillment or money-back on prior page. Not just was termination unavailable but organization billed me $67.19. I've printout delivery of the transaction. I waited for my regular bank record and so I might contact that organization and informed her I'd like my reimbursement and informed her the cost difference. She stated no refund. I informed her I had been subsequently likely to document a net plaint awith a possoble scam lable on it. There is just a listing of complants for the corporation about the internet. She stated she couldnt help me
