Adding surcharge without customers approval

I included $20.00 to my online horseracing account. (authorized) our bank card was emmediately charged $21.00. I'm a gold member and susceptible to you-bets guidelines free from any deposit costs. However the real level listed here is i had been "not" made aware of the surcharge/charge. They simply adde it without my authorization. I discover that very shady. I believe its down-right taking. I've had other problems with you-guess previously. I saved packages for certain events simply to learn after betting and losing many races the mistake they'd created. Oh! Not just were the applications incorrect - they charged me $2.00 each for them. Like a gold member i'm suppose to qualify to get replays of previous races at no extra charge. I've been a silver member for more than 6 weeks and have not obtained any replays. Whatever you-guess wishes is the money. If you bet about the poneyis your gonna lose everything fundamentally anyways, so it might seem these people at you-guess might be a small kinder and more large. You would not assume them to defraud you. ($1.00) i wonder how many more this happens to within the run of each day. Who's gonna take the time to complain of a measely little dollar.? (very few i believe) these small robberies of the buck here along with a buck there in a hectic site as if you-guess might total up to vast amounts annually. Randy
