All My Sons, Jupiter Denying terms of the agreement, overcharging and intimidation and blackmail to extort more money

Late January All My Sons provided me with a quote for the move of the furniture of a mobile home in Lantana, Fl. To Port St. Lucie, Fl. Expected costs were ranging between $340 and $510 (4 to 6 hours) since it was a very small move. I was to call the previous week to confirm booking. Which I did on March 10 and at that time, a deposit of $100 was asked. The movers were to come between 8:00 and 9:00 AM the following Thursday. Of course, they did not show up until 2:45 PM since their driver could not get into the gated community park, not being able to express himself in English.

They finally packed the furniture - took them 1.5 hour and they left with the furniture at 4:30 PM... It is a one hour drive between Lantana and Port St. Lucie but guess what, the truck did not arrive until 7:30 at Port St. Lucie (I guess they just went for a bite and charged it to me). My elder mother was receiving the furniture at the end and was charged 7 hours and a surcharge of 20% in order for the mover to unload the furniture. My mother protested that it had never been question of a surcharge and that it was unreasonable to charge 7 hours of work... Finally, they decided not to bill the surcharge but maintained the 7 hours work... Then my mother wanted to deduct the $100 deposit from the total bill... Which was denied by the company, as they mentioned to her that they had not collected the money from my credit card. Of course, they had taken the money and when asked to return this overcharged, they refused to do so. I call this a theft!
