I have bought a SAMSUNG TV on Sept 22nd and they told me to come back the first week of Oct. I went and they told me that it wasn't there. I started to get upset. But I didn't mind, then they called me and said come and get your TV on FRIDAY Nov 2nd 2012. I said okay I will come and pick it up on SATURDAY NOV 3rd I was waiting in line for a VERY long time, and when it became my turn, they tell me 'they do not have the TV. We gave it to another customer'. They also said 'Oh sorry, we don't have any other TV for you ma'am'. They didn't even try to help me find another one, and I found that REALLY disrespectful and that is why i am complaining today. I started to get REALLY upset because, this has not been the first time, that this has happened. On Nov 15 I got a fridge and stove from the BRICK. What happened I had to tell them to take it back because it wasn't the fridge I paid for, it happened about three times. Now that this has happened I know for sure I am not shopping there again. This isn't very nice to be doing this.
