Very dissastified with Office Depot. I ordered a panasonic plasma tv on december 16th. It was to be delivered between 9 and 5 on december 23rd. At 4pm i called and they said it was an estimate. They gave me a reference number and said they would check status and call back within 4 hours. They never called back. A week later they listed it as "customer cancelled". That is a lie. Terrible experience.
