Poorly made sofa

Ordered and received a custom made bennett sofa which is the single most uncomfortable piece of furniture i have ever gotten.instead of enjoying watching TV in my den i find myself avoiding sitting there as much as possible. The cushions push back and become too short when sat upon, and the back sinks down to injure my coccyx backbone. Speaking to the store manager several times the suggestions were lower the legs (which i did for an extra $80, or place a lumbar pillow behind my back which makes the seat even shorter. I am now set back close to $2500 for something i have to get rid of. Never again will i buy another thing from that store.By the way, i bought it in harts dale n.Y. And the manager's name was AMANI from whom i got NO satisfaction
