Voiding of agreement

We recently bought a room collection from Havertyis as well as bought a guardsman furniture insurance policy. We named regarding many little scores on top of our bureau, to determine when they might be set. They sent a serviceman who got images. Recently we obtained a voicemail stating they could be delivering an upgraded furniture piece out and they could be negating our safety arrange for that furniture piece following the alternative item was shipped. I named today and requested them when they might decelerate... That used to donot require the item changed. They replied this was their plan and that I had no state within the issue. I'll not be buying at either Havertyis again... They pressed the program, informed us these scores could be changed... They AND guardsman are LIARS!
