Bad customer support

I had been so annoyed for that inescapable fact that I had been suppose to possess my 48' system wall-unit sent to my house today 6/8 and also had notified the security guards about the delivery and because the customer rep did not do her job right and had took all my info of my debit card for my final payment and stated that the process went through and was going to be delivered and because she falsely didn't do it I had to rescheduled my shipping date for Tues 6/12. That lady that did that in my experience must of been dismissed. She is not really a great Customer Support Agent. I'd togo completely to my lender and also have them lookup my consideration also it turned up that she never approach my cost. That is appears really poor on Frank furniture shop. It offers one poor status about the shop and makes people question about your ad
