Never ever buy at Wickes Furniture stores, you will regret it!

On 11/11 we bought over $5000.00 dollars worth of furniture from the wickes shop within the town of Torrance Ca.initially whenever we put the order-we created particular directions for the furniture to become shipped in 2 different times. The reason behind it was since there is an l-shaped sofa that people purchased without having confirming the dimensions, The Sales Person (Mario Ventura), managed to get clear that people might call-back in two times and stop that item to get a complete refund. Two times approved following the purchase and you know what? All my furniture came, Our mom was house at that time and was informed from the Rude deliverymen they currently had unloaded the furniture which she'd to signal for this, Our mom did. After I got home I noticed the items were too large. I subsequently named Mario (Sales Person) who stated he'd look after it. I never heard back from him, I subsequently named customer support (who incidentally would be the rudest people with this world), and described my scenario they stated they acknowledged that the error was created and they might return the couches but they would need to cost A - 20% restocking charge. I turned really annoyed and named the store-manager at that shop (Darla), She attempted to make contact with customer support but I suppose within their organization framework customer support has more draw than their shop managers. Today I'm caught having a 20% restocking charge or couches that unfit. I want I'd have read this short article just before buying there. NEVER GET AT WICKES! Those individuals above me are correct, you'll REGRET IT!
