Poor customer service

We bought a couch, love-seat and a place carpet from Baeris of Port Charlotte and California in 2007. Both salesperson and customer support were frustrating. Both salesman and customer support individual clearly recommended buying the safety strategy and guaranteed free replacements of treatment options for that existence of the guarantee. Many times I attempted to obtain the refill but each time there is some justification provided for not supplying the refill. I visited the shop again today to get a refill because I'm still inside the guarantee time but was informed they do not take action anymore. What happend for their guarantee??? The carpet we bought was faulty from the beginning. The rest is extremely unequal with lengthy items of the rest sticking up all around the carpet. We named the shop for support often, published towards the Baeris administration, and emailed pictures. We were informed to go up straight using the producer. We actually attempted that-but we got no benefits whatsoever. Baeris would not actually return our calls or send a to research the state. Therefore we're caught having a faulty carpet along with a very costly safety strategy where I can not actually get replacements about the answer as guaranteed. I'd never suggest buying something from Baeris. You will find a lot of great furniture shops in California with fantastic customer support, pleasant and truthful sales agents who market safety ideas in a cheaper cost that last 7 years passages the 5-year strategy from Baeris and who happily provide replacements about the safety option.
